Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii- Economy Shipping (5-12 business days) – 12 dollars. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer free shipping orders over $50 anywhere in the USA. Shipping cost for items up to $50 is $4.9 We do NOT ship to P.O.

DAMAGES

Newlinefilter.store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You are eligible for a full refund, including Shipping & Handling , ONLY if the order has been cancelled prior to shipping. We cannot process claims, refunds or additional requests once the package is in transit with the carrier. We accept returns on all products, whether defective or in original condition, within 30 days of purchase. We also accept exchanges if you would prefer a different product.

Once we receive your return, it will be inspected and processed within 3 business days. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.

All return shipping is free. We will send you a return shipping label upon request. Simply pack up the product with all included accessories and parts in original packaging if possible. Attach the label to the package and ship it:

Once received at our warehouse, your refund will be reviewed and issued within 7 business days if approved. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been processed.
